Sound healing or a sound bath is a beautiful relaxing modality that allows your nervous system to rest. This makes space in our body to breathe deeper and slow down and just take a moment in time for ourselves. And who doesn’t need that? 

The sound healing experience will be accompanied by a cacao ceremony, which will include making your own cacao drink, to your own liking, from ceremonial grade cacao.
