Sea'esta Beach Stay offers quality four star, self contained accommodation that provides visitors with exceptional facilities at a reasonable and affordable price.
This is a 2 bedroom unit, adult only accommodation. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a king single. It is newly refurbished with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. It is fully self contained with linen, bath towels, cooking and laundry facilities with undercover parking available for 1 vehicle. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied by the operator, there is a Nespresso coffee machine.
The unit is situated 300m walk from Kalbarri's Blue Holes beach and 15 minutes walk from the Kalbarri Foreshore/Townsite where you will find shopping and food outlets among other local attractions.

KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY applies per booking:

SEAESTA BEACH STAY CANCELLATION POLICY applies per booking:
A $30 operator fee and a $55 booking centre fee applies to all cancellations.
A minimum of 28 days notice is required to receive a refund. Any bookings cancelled with less than 28 days notice will pay the above operator and booking centre fees and all days that cannot be re-booked will be forfeited.
TERMS & CONDITIONS per booking:
1. The person making the booking is referred to hereafter as the client. This is an Adult only property.
2. The client must not allow more people to occupy the property without the written consent of the owner or the booking agent (KVC). If this were to occur without consent the owner reserves the right to refuse occupancy.
3. The client or any member of the party shall not be allowed to take any young children or animals into the property.
4. The client and all members of the party agree to keep the property in a similar condition as it was found upon arrival.
5. The client is responsible to the owner for the actual costs of any breakages or damages in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by the client and/or any member of the party.
6. The owner is entitled at his/her sole and absolute discretion to refuse to hand over to the client or to repossess the property where damage is or is likely to be caused by the client or any members of the party. Such an event will be treated as a cancellation of the booking by the client.
8. Refreshment of unit linen will occur after each short stay and weekly if bookings are longer than 7 consecutive nights.
