There is an expansive outdoor entertainment complex, the centerpiece is a luxurious pool area comprising a lap pool, large wading pool and a toddlers pool.

KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here: www.kalbarri.org.au/terms
#103 RIVERVIEW HOLIDAY APARTMENTS CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations will incur a $100 Operator fee. Cancellations with more than 31 days notice incur 30% forfeit of your accommodation. If cancelling 30 days prior to arrival full cost will be forfeited. All booking amendments will incur a $50 amendment fee at the operators discretion. In the event of a natural occurrence we highly recommend securing travel insurance prior to your arrival.
Any problems you may encounter requiring maintenance with your unit should be reported to the operator on 0409 294 431. Keys are to be returned to the key safe box on site at departure.
Term & Conditions Our aim is to provide our guest with the best possible service. To maintain a friendly happy and safe environment for everyone on the resort please find our unit conditions listed below
1. Pool Area (including BBQ’s) are open 8am - 8pm Daily and Spas are open 8am – 6pm. Pool Area is open until 8:30pm during school holidays. No portable BBQ’s of any kind allowed on property.
2. Parking of cars or boats on the grass is not permitted please use unmarked bays for trailers and boats. Also all camping gear such as shade gazebos table and chairs must be contained in your own court yard.
3. All outside noise must cease by 10.30pm.
